- Role: Project Lead & Manger
- Duration: Third Year of Engineering
- Project Stage: Ideation & Validation
- Overview:
Officio was conceptualized during a third-year engineering course (Entrepreneurship Elective Course) as a solution for early-stage startups that face difficulties in securing affordable and flexible office spaces. The venture aimed to offer co-working environments and rental spaces specifically for startups and student entrepreneurs. The unique selling proposition was to provide early-stage entrepreneurs a professional space, fostering collaboration without significant financial risk.
Key Problem:
- High Costs: Startups struggle to afford dedicated office spaces.
- Limited Collaboration: Online meetings, restaurants, and home offices limit effective brainstorming.
- Space Constraints: Lack of dedicated, affordable office environments impedes productivity for both startups and student entrepreneurs.
- Proposed Solution:
- Affordable Co-working Spaces: Flexible and cost-effective rental spaces designed for startups and entrepreneurs at early stages.
- Collaboration Zones: Discussion halls and study rooms specifically for college students, boosting productivity and innovation.
- Unique Selling Point (USP): A one-stop, low-cost solution offering professional office environments tailored to startups.

- Market Validation: Conducted over 20+ interviews with startups and entrepreneurs to validate the problem and the proposed solution.
